FAQs

Is my call recorded?

Call audio is recorded only if you turn that on, and it is deleted after 30 days. Your transcript and scorecard are kept so you can read them, until you delete them. Delete my data in Settings removes everything.

Who sees what I say?

Only the services that run the call and write your feedback, and they must not train their models on your data. Using your sessions to improve Qround is a separate choice, off unless you turn it on.

Which languages can I use?

Interviews and coaching are in English for now.

Can I practise with a foreign interviewer?

Yes. A foreign HR interviewer is part of Pro.

Do I press a button when I finish an answer?

No. Just stop speaking; the interviewer waits for a natural pause, as a real one would.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund within 48 hours if you have not used a mock. Plans do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel.
